If you know me, you know how much I utilize Amazon and Amazon Prime and all the goodies that go along with it.  I like the fast delivery, the variety and heck, if I can shop in my jammies, count me in!  I recently starting getting clothes from Amazon.  I thought I would give it a try and see if I liked the quality, the price and the selection.  Some pieces have been a win/win and others have gone back .

In the last few weeks I have scored out pretty nicely with some closet staples.  I can see myself wearing them over and over and getting my money’s worth.  Is it “money’s” or “monies?”  This is when I need my English major buddy Carina proofreading 😂😂.

First, I am not a fashion blogger!  If I was, I would have planned and took a million pictures, and made sure the lighting was perfect and my hair was brushed and I wouldn’t have had to kick the backhoe out of the photo, as I was tripping over it trying to get in the door.  But since this blog is real life, about home, comfort, mommying around, this is what you get…

So lets start with this cardigan that I got last week.

I have already worn twice, and had compliments both times.

I was shocked at the quality, it is thicker then a regular sweater cardigan, which I needed in the windy New York weather today.  It was $33.99 and well worth it.  The reviews on Amazon agree with me, thick, warm, fits true to size, soft, comfy and cozy!

I am wearing the Khaki color, but it also comes in 8 other colors.  I will be going back on and ordering a few other colors, click on the picture below to check out the colors!

I like how it is longer in the back, which would look great with leggings.  Pair with some boots or even booties and you are ready for literally anything this Fall can throw at you.

I wore it with jeans and a white t-shirt.  I also bought the shirt on Amazon.

(Also available in several colors).  It is super soft, light-weight and has a cute little pocket 😍  $14.99, rounded in the front and back and scoops up on the sides.   I liked that the sleeves were a little fitted, since I will be layering.  I hate when my sleeves bunch up.  It also fits true to size (wearing the medium in the photos above)

Since I am in the comfy and cozy season of life, these leggings have been my bestie lately.

$14.99 and I wish I could tell you that my tummy looks like that, but 3 babies, apple cake and all sorts of comfort dinners lately, I am FAR from that flatness!

I have easily washed these leggings a dozen times, and they are holding up great!

TIP: watch what you are buying on Amazon, check the shipping and check if it is prime.  These three items were prime and came in two days, as promised.  Now the toddler socks I ordered over a week ago, now shows an estimated arrival date of December 18-January 31st… REALLY?? What the??  my boys feet will have grown by then, geez!  I clearly didn’t read that they are shipping next year when I was checking out.

I have paired leggings with this sweater more times then I can count:

It comes in 9 colors, which I have 3 of 🤭.  I like the length of it (if I was a fashion blogger, I would have photo to show you with the leggings in the colors that I have) but instead, I have a 3 year old shining a flashlight in my face,  a 16 year old trying to convince me to let him drive my car to his friends house (because it is just around the corner… but he is forgetting that he only has his PERMIT!) and next to me is my 14 year old dear daughter of mine who is anaylzing her upcoming haircut…  What length should she cut it?  Did I see all the pins she found on pinterest of hair styles?  Do I think 3 inches off her LONG hair will be too short 😩😩😩  CLEARLY, not a professional over here!

I like the slits in the sides of the sweater, it fits true to size, covers my bootie butt and is super comfy and again thicker then I expected from an amazon shirt under $20.  I usually wear with leggings, sometimes with these sneakers:

or I will pair it with a pair of high black boots to dress it up some.  Add a jean jacket, or a scarf (as the winter comes barreling in).  If this makes a bit of difference in your eyes, my 14 year old daughter borrowed these sweaters several times, and I noticed she added another color in our cart, so TEEN APPROVED!

Happy Fall Cozy Outfits (that won’t break the bank!)

XOXOX
